Yes and there is NO REASON FOR IT on a site like this.... CERTAINLY NO REASON TO FORCE HTTPS! (Do what cellar.org does if ya wanna)
People have lost the knowledge of what HTTPS is for..... Its for financial and banking sites and sites with sensitive data.... NOTHING LIKE THAT HERE!!!
