Yes are brilliant but you have to accept their distinctive approach to melody first.
Close To The Edge (the album) is so highly regarded even outside of prog circles that Pitchfork gives it a perfect score. And those guys despise most prog with a passion.
That being said, maybe you'd appreciate their stuff more being covered with some attractive female vocalists.
