We can have arguments and heated exchanges with people in our lives that we've known for a long time and have an intimate connection with. Normally even in those moments I would never think about stooping so low as to insult them. In this case, we have people who
don't know each other intimately going after each other in a way that doesn't seem normal or wouldn't be in person.
Is what I'm getting at...
