found out the track i run on after hooping is only .25 mile long, so 6 laps is only 1.5 miles but thats fine with me. i ran 9 a few times but im already drained after basketball, so any running after the hour of hooping seems like forever
i never tried just running and no basketball, but id maybe try to do the 12 laps=3 miles next. and then maybe hoop after,ahhhhhh....thatd fck with my brain big time.
