I got a new pair of running shoes this week. Sacony ride. Great neutral shoe. Like running on a mattress. Highly recommend them. Although my chiropractor says that you can run in everything, flip flops even, and it is best to run barefoot. Your shoe should be twistable and not contain any gels or "any NASA ****"since this make the shoe stiff and heavy. And get your technique analyzed so that you are not running more on the inside soles of your feet.Your technique can affect your spine.
