Very good start to the day. Was on the phone with UPS international and the customers to try and get the taxes on the package paid so the package can be delivered. In Canada. Fortunately I called this morning and the resolution center already sent it out for delivery today. So it ended up being resolved in the way I hoped. I'm ****ing stoked. The other positive is that neither the recipient or customer were upset about it being late. They honestly didn't know there was a tax to pay with interational but luckily they didn't get man. They were totally cool.
