Using Sound Cloud
I downloaded the Sound Cloud app but I don’t get what if anything I can get from it that I don’t get from Spotify and Bandcamp.
I like Bandcamp because it alerts me to know releases on obscure labels I like. It also has a good by genre search function.
SoundCloud looks like it’s about building playlists but god knows Spotify has got me covered there.
Two things I’d like in response
1) how to discover new music on SoundCloud
2) suggestions to build SoundCloud playlists with music NOT on Spotify
(Bandcamp has lots of interesting good stuff that isn’t on Spotify so I’m sure SoundCloud does too- but looking at it as a SoundCloud noob is like ok where do I start)
