Kind of a supergroup these days if you're into southern rock. Gary Rossington is the only surviving member of the original band and still plays guitar, Rickey Medlocke on guitar 2 was the original founding member and frontman of Blackfoot, the original Skynyrd frontman Ronnie Van Zant's younger brother Johnny Van Zant is on vocals and does the original material justice, Johnny Colt on bass is a founding member of The Black Crowes, and the rest of the band who are lesser known all do a damn good job.

I've said before that I'm done going to "farewell tours" because oftentimes the bands feel like shells of their former selves and it leaves me with a sour image of them (seeing Saxon a few years ago was brutal), but every time another one of these tours rolls through I end up going anyway. Skynyrd still does a great job, though, even in 2018, and I'm stoked for this one.
