I find that the best times are when I'm just kind of clear minded and focused on something that interests me. Even just eating snacks or too much food can mess that up and make me feel drowsy and unmotivated. I should strip things down to just having water outside of a few big, healthy meals. Then I'd be happier, probably.

Bad food and snack stuff is basically a harmful drug.
