Coat it in flour before you dip it in egg. Season your flour and breadcrumbs with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Italian seasoning will be good on it too or you can be a g and get your own rosemary, sage, oregano, thyme, and basil and make your own mix each time. Oh garlic salt on that **** too.
