Is there any science that supports the thesis that a diverse diet is healthier than a repetitive diet or are y’all just going on horse sense?
And if a diverse diet is beneficial at what point are diminishing returns hit and is there a point where less diversification becomes advantageous?
There’s nothing scientific about this (that I know) but dogs seem to be able to maintain excellent health with a very repetitive diet.
If we’re just going on horse sense here we could make arguments against a diverse diet. You’re body has to adjust. It throws your digestion off. Whatever.
