[QUOTE=Neapolitan;2074322]pffft IDK what do you know about French music back in the 60s? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anne Cherchait L'Amour, Jardin Botanique, Cellulose Sunshine are some of my ATF (all time favorite) French songs. They have aged like fine wine.

I wish I knew more French bands & artists, but there is so much music and so little time. More recent bands, contemporaries of those you mentioned:
The Plasticines
Les Sirènes Débrouillardes
Jolie Cherie
Fabienne Delsol
Aline

=QUOTE ]

Aline reminds me of French post-punk and cold wave ..: Martin Dupont , Norma Loy , Ruth , Opera Multi Steel ,Guerre Froide ,Elli&Jacno, Kas Product.
If you like this kind of music I suggest you a must have cds ''Des Jeunes Gens Mödernes'' Post Punk, Cold Wave et Culture novö en France 1978-1983.
Cold Waves + Minimal Electronics Volume One. New Wave, Synth-pop, Minimal 1981-1986.
Than Space '' Magic fly'', a kind of Space Disco style.
