Watched Tenet in the IMAX. It was so loud I went to the usher to complain, they said it was just an extra loud movie so they couldn't do anything about it. The rest of the movie I had to cover my ears on all the action sequences. The plot is obviously very convoluted but the horrible sound mix is by now notorious, a lot of the crucial dialogue is unintelligible. If this was the movie to get people back into theatres, they made a huge blunder out of it (just technically, leaving the merits of the plot aside). Would definitely recommend to skip seeing it in the cinema and wait for the digital version with subtitles.
