He doesn’t have the authority to make a universal increase in the federal minimum wage by executive order. He would sign it, obviously, if Congress passed it into law. The best thing people can do right now is make it understood that any democrat who wants to waste this window of opportunity by playing bull**** republican light politics will be opposed in the upcoming primary no matter who they are up against because after the next election it’ll almost certainly be too late.
