But teenage guys, in Ireland at least, have a habit of being drunk quite a lot of the time anyway, so there may be a problem there...
But, I think we agree to disagree here. this is getting nowhere, I would go about it my way, you would go about it yours. Neither of us are her, so we'll have to wait and see what she thinks.
I think it's better to go at it one think at a time, try and figure out what you like in a girl/guy before what you like from a girl/guy. Your way would involve doing both at the same time, and might make it a bit complicated, mistaking liking the person for what they're like at sex, and vice versa. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm right, it'd take someone who's tried both to say for sure.
