Let's see...my parents tried to get my brothers and I into all sorts of music. The ones that stand out are:
BB King
Stevie Ray Vaughn
Van Halen
Yes
U2
And many others...
My mom is a big blues fan, so she played the first two (among others) quite a bit. The last three artists are ones my dad was big into.
As far as what I personally got into as a child...well, I'll admit is was totally into New Kids on the Block for about a nano second. But I gradually started to get into rock as a teen (I used to LOVE Def Leppard! hehe) But the blues music is what has really stuck with me throughout the whole of my life.

So really, my childhood soundtrack is all over the place.
