Well, ideally the main list would be a sticky. If not then I could host it on a blog or on RYM.com.
Depending on how many votes we get, a number would have to be sorted out, then the list goes up or it gets put on hold if not enough. It can then be brought back a month or two later,with the original votes still applying.
If an artist releases an album that is very well received then we can look at re-voting, but each case would be looked at seperately.
