I thought the reason we didn't include any King Crimson originally was because they were already really well known/respected by a lot of MB and that we wanted to open up room for more obscure artists?

But hmn...I suppose another Advanced list or a slight expansion to an existing list for the sake of KC and ELP wouldn't be a bad idea now.
