I just discovered this forum, and this group in particular. Stumbled on it through a Google search for "dark americana". I'm a long time alt.country fan: Kathleen Edwards, Buddy Miller, Whiskeytown, Lucinda Williams etc but I'm loving this much darker genre. I've been listening to a lot of the stuff on LoathsomePetes excellent blog. Anyway, just wanted to say hello - dont have much to contibute yet.

I'm sitting in my office rockin along to the Boots and Skulls by The Interpestuals on my Ipod - lovin' it!
