The other is a health problem, it might be a glandular problem, Hypothyroidism, Cushing's Syndrome, and even other factors like stress, irregular, sleeping habits, Depression etc. And maybe even pathogen like a virus. Even if a person eats right but still have a weight problem he still isn't in the clear, the person might lead a healthy lifestyle but still have a medical issue.
