The cat has been put among the pidgeons today thanks to Gordon Brown saying a woman he'd just been talking to was 'bigoted'. She did say "You can't say anything about the immigrants - all these Eastern Europeans were flocking in." Which is borderline bigoted if you ask me. The fact that she might have been bigotted or that it was understandable Brown might interpret what she said is of scant regard to the media who are reporting it like he's just gone up to her outta the blue and told her she's a bitch! The strange thing is she was a labour voter and didn't say she wouldn't vote for him again and was even complimentary about some of the things he'd done. She did say she liked tony blair though which must have been like a red rag to a bull to him.
