I recommend you PM Chard if you have questions. That's what I did months ago. He is not a bot. I think like most people, he appreciates constructive comments.

I think sometimes writers feel it helps them to post what they are writing just to share what they are thinking and to inspire others to write regardless of feedback. Also, even if he doesn't respond to much feedback doesn't mean he doesn't appreciate it.
