Yeah, I'm with you. I love Megadeth...they ended up way better than Metallica. Dave's voice actually annoys me less than James's.
One thing I have to say, though...Dave needs to get the **** over being kicked out of Metallica. If I ever saw him and he started being all mopey about it, I would kick him square in the nuts.
