Navigate to "Search", located at the top of every page.
Click "Advanced Search".
In the "Search by keyword" section, click the dropdown and select "Search Titles Only".
Type the name of the thread you're looking for and click "Search Now".
TIP:
Try to keep the keyword(s) concise and relevant. This will return relevant results. For example, if you want to find a thread about "The Beatles", simply using "Beatles" will give you posts with thread titles containing "Beetles" and leave out all the thread titles containing "The". This makes it a lot easier to find threads relevant to what you're searching for.
