Musicbanter taught me quite a lot about music and introduced me to tons of bands. And mediafire, which is easily one of the best things the internet has to offer. I also never belonged to a forum before coming here so I've learned how to post and all that good ****.
I feel like I probably come off as one of those hipster people everyone was talking about, which is partly true. I won't try to listen to every album that seems popular, but I do end up picking up a lot of them I guess. That said, I hope you don't think of me as a mindless drone because I think I've certainly learned a lot about my musical tastes thanks to everyone here.
Oh, and I learned that I pretty much really suck at committing to anything over the internet and actually following through with it. Sorry.
