Theres actually only 3 that are anime series. More of them are just anime art I thought looked nice.

The series in question are Black Lagoon, Cowboy Bebop, and Hellsing. If you're going to try and get into hellsing, then Watch Hellsing Ultimate first. Theres a 13 episode anime series just called 'Hellsing', which is OK, but isn't anything like as good overall. (Worth watching if you like hellsing ultimate though)

Black Lagoon and Cowboy Bebop on the other hand are 100% awesome.
