I use the term dad rock very lightheartedly towards the older members.
I know music's subjective, I'm not one of the pretentious people who'll say "your music taste is bad, listen to something I like, but if you do I'll have to now hate it"
I'm cool with everyone liking different things.

Out of interest what would you define as dad rock?
