alright well to start of we should start more threads about individual folk artists. do you have any ideas?

No, because its not popular and very splintered, folk groups never are known in large numbers unless their people we've all heard of since birth.

What we need to do is get artists out there into peoples vocab by getting them songs.

I mean I just bought a green cards CD. Has anyone heard of them? I might as well ahve found Langhorn Slim in a dumpster, if you've seen him in concert I'll give you a cookie.

Awareness over "talk about artist you've never heard of here" threads.
