Long Black Veil is pretty sweet as well. Probably my new favorite.

My favourite is "If You Could Read My Mind"(far better than the original imo),think the last few American Recordings were the best of his career....sacrilege?

I know it wasn't really a big song of his, but I always loved the vocal Cash provided on the last track of U2's Zooropa album - the words just sound so fitting coming from his mouth and it really lifts that particular track way higher in the air than you'd think...

'When the man comes around' for sure. I need to get hold of it too.

Folsom Prison Blues for me, especially the Live At Folsom Prison version. Love the rhythm and the classic lyrics.

I LOVE Johnny Cash! I have a lot of favs from him but I think his cover of the NIN song "Hurt" was beautiful and haunting as was the video!

He is/was a true Legend.

I forgot he covered that song - another great cover by the man indeed!

Ring of Fire.. I love the Mexicali mariachi horn fills between the chorus and the verses.

Lately I've been listening to his duets with June Carter Cash and I love their version of the Lee Hazelwood song Jackson.
