Greater Manchester highest murder rate, surprised to see Lincolnshire second highest? I wouldn't associate Lincolnshire with crime. Just tasty sausages.

It's a bit sensationalist tbh. London has more murders in 2018 so far. New York has just had a slow few months because of all the snow.
