I personally would not send him to prison but I would give him a long community service order working with homeless people. Say 200 hours and 6 months suspended prison sentence.

Maybe they should make an exmpl out of him to stop youtubers from doing this kinda sht. All these youtube channels that rely on being a public nuisance for content should be stopped.

I say instead of punishing this kid the homeless dude should be given a free place to stay and lifetime supply of REAL Oreos.
