That Trump wants to pull the US out of yet another long-standing international agreement is hardly news anymore. What makes this item Wow-I Can't-Believe-It worthy is that on the face of it Trump has a justified grievance about China's status as a developing nation:

Officials from the city of Chengdu said they were hoping to save money on street lighting and also increase tourism.
