In an era of increasing democratization of music, one band dared to dream of the plutocrization of music.

"According to RZA and the album’s main producer Tarik “Cilvaringz” Azzougarh, a Morocco-based part of Wu-Tang’s extended family, the plan is to first take Once Upon A Time In Shaolin on a “tour” through museums, galleries, festivals and the like. Just like a high-profile exhibit at a major institution, there will be a cost to attend, likely in the $30-$50 range."

"Visitors will go through heavy security to ensure that recording devices aren’t smuggled in; as an extra precaution, they’ll likely have to listen to the 128-minute album’s 31 songs on headphones provided by the venue. As Cilvaringz puts it: “One leak of this thing nullifies the entire concept.”

I doubt if many of their fans will shell out $30 to $50 bucks to listen to the album once.

And I wonder how long it will be before it gets bootlegged and shows up online for free?

BBC News - Giant rat: Swedes agog at 'Ratzilla' in Stockholm

Genuine phobia of these.

Quote:
The appearance of a massive rat in a Stockholm family's kitchen has made headlines in Sweden, where it is being dubbed "Ratzilla".

Measuring 40cm (nearly 16in) plus tail, the creature terrified the family in Solna district.

Pest controllers finally killed the intruder using an oversized trap.

Even the family cat had refused to enter the kitchen while the giant rat was in residence, father Erik Korsas told BBC News.
What a wimp .

I could have lived a happy life never seeing that fecking rat. Then I got to see it seven more times scrolling down to say this.

When I was little our house became infested with dozens of giant filthy norwegian sewer rats that were so big and mean that they killed our cat, was the scariest thing in my short life (I was about six). Scarred me for life, to this day I am deathly afraid of sewer rats (I'm fine with tame pet rats) But none of them were the size of that thing. That looks to be about the size of a cocker spaniel. F*ck that sh*t. I don't even wanna be on the same continent with that thing.
