The Alabama Supreme Court says that ROE vs. WADE should be challenged.

An Alabama man killed his pregnant wife and was charged with 2 murders, that of his wife and that of their unborn child.

In this case of logical fallacy, the Alabama Supreme Court questions how the man can be charged with the murder of an unborn child, while abortionists, who also kill unborn children, get away scot-free.

At what stage of pregnancy does a fetus currently have legal rights?

Was the baby past that stage?

I think they were hinging the argument more on the basis of choice, since she didn't want to be murdered, but abortions are performed via free will.
