I’m going to explain something about bullying in school. One of the main reasons it continues is teachers are ****ing chicken****s. There’s all this propaganda about stopping bullying but in action it becomes an incident with two sides to the story. Many times kids are bullied because they’re *******s. But just as often a really sweet kid is bullied by other kids who want to feel empowered by being cruel. In those cases, believe it or not, most teachers still won’t pick sides. And then there’s this avoid expulsion at all cost bull****. **** that. Normal kids shouldn’t have to be tortured by the presence of anti-social lunatics day after day. If a kid is a **** **** him. There’s nothing else you can do except take out the ****ing garbage.

There's a lot of bullying that goes on that never gets reported. Wouldn't surprise me at all if some of these school shooters were triggered by that kind of thing (and the media just kinda brushes over it).

Bullying and school shoot ups are ****ing peas and carrots and many people have made the connection.

I don’t think people realize how violently oppressive a bad experience in school can be however. Some of the children who suffer suffer very deeply. I’ve said it before but it shouldn’t be compulsory. Any kid should be able to walk the **** out whenever.

I think the idea is that heavily covering the shooter's grievances fosters the idea that committing a mass shooting is an adequate response to those grievances, whether it's bullying or a breakup or hating country music.

Attendance isn't much of a measuring stick for a kid's success in school anyway.

No, it's about identifying a core cause as to why the kid chose to do what he or she did. If there was no bullying involved, that would be important to note. But these days it's always framed like the kid saw a swastika or a McDonalds cow abuse video online one time and that just set them off.

I know, but I think the idea behind the lack of the reporting on that is that it validates that kind of response to a situation where it's never acceptable. Some theorize that focusing on mass shooter to the point of anti-herodom is making it more attractive to people with the same grievances.
