It wouldn't be as much of an issue without a 24 hour news cycle I think, but I think that reporting on the details without releasing information about the killer could curb the issue slightly. Kind of too late for that now though.

I don't think it'd stop the bigoted mass shootings but it would definitely have an impact of mass shooters learned that mass shootings won't get you heard.

It still hasn't really sunk in that weed is now legal in Illinois.

If you've ever been the only one not high in a room full of stoned people, you know how easy it is to manipulate most everyone in that room. Imagine that power on a grand scale.
