yea that's why I hate ****ing with hood dealers cause you always have to negotiate. They assume cause you're white you don't know your prices

That's also why I got annoyed selling weed to people in the projects cause my prices were set. I didn't negotiate. The original price was reasonable. Beyond that it's not worth the hassle. I hate that trying to Nick and dime someone out of 5 bucks Everytime you sell. It's way better to just have a consistent price and if you don't want it then **** off.

On the BBC World Service Africa Today podcast they reported that 50 decapitated corpses were found floating in Lake Chad. Turns out it was the work of Boko Haram.

Suspected Boko Haram militants have killed at least 50 people on an island on Lake Chad, bordering Cameroon and Chad, a local official told the BBC.

The militants, disguised as traders, attacked fishermen, local mayor Ali Ramat said, quoting a survivor.

The attack happened on 22 December, but news from the remote area is only just beginning to come out.

My theory is that Boko Haram is trying to monopolize all the fishing in Lake Chad.

Some 3 million people are facing food insecurity at “crisis” and “emergency” levels, and around 400,000 children are at risk of severe malnutrition. The region is facing a severe protection crisis. Many civilians have suffered abuse and rights violations and are deeply traumatised by the violence. The recurrent attacks and insecurity as well as security measures have restricted free movement. Farming, trade, transhumance and other activities have been significantly affected, depriving millions of people of their means of survival and limiting access to basic services. Displaced people are also unable to move freely in and out of camps. The violence has also forced more than 1,000 schools to close. The humanitarian community has requested US$1.3 billion to assist 7.8 million people. As of November 2019, just 50 per cent of the funds had been provided.

Obviously the area already has chronic problems with massive malnutrition. If Boko Haram can control and monopolize access to the area’s fish they’re going to make **** loads of money and they are the last people on earth any sane person would want to see grow in wealth, power, and influence. The people in that part of the world can’t catch a ****ing break.
