I was thinking more about those stories that pop up a lot about female teachers in their 20's and 30's who sleep with high school students and then get put away in jail for up to 10 years or more, even in cases of mutual consent.

Obviously rape is a different story, but I've seen the above scenario enough times in the news to think about what a global standard should be, since it varies so much between countries.
