So basically you're fine with affirmative action in theory, just so long as they're quiet about it? In a perfect world it should be fine to be open about it, but in the here and now it's clearly an untenable position so I can't say that I'd disagree with that idea. The only problem being that keeping it quiet would mean not doing it to a large extent, therefore making the whole enterprise almost pointless. So I suppose one side has to suck it up, but that's clearly not gonna be over 60% of the population, so... curses.
