The death penalty is not one individual's decision, it's based on several people's decisions following a due process. Comparing that to murder is stupid unless you can link up the due process of murder.

If someone doesn't want to associate with others based upon their gender or sexual orientation, that is their decision. It may not be a GOOD decision, but they have the right to make it. For you to say that they don't have that right is ridiculous.
You don't choose your gender or sexual orientation, but you can choose to be prejudiced against them. False equivalency out the ass. The whole argument is just a wishy washy way to dismiss stances that you don't agree with.

Yup. let's kill people who kill people to show people that killing people is wrong. Can't go wrong with that logic.

And? You of all people should know that individuals have the right to be a dick. Doesn't make it right, but it's the truth.

Say you see two gay men kissing. They didn't choose to be males or to be gay. Well, I didn't choose to be offended by it. I didn't choose for it to gross me the fuck out. Wasn't my choice, so you can't bitch about me not wanting to see it.

And we shouldn't put kidnappers or people charged with false imprisonment in prison because oh no surface level hypocrisy.

Depends on the form of dickishness.

Be grossed out then, but that's still something that you can change as opposed to innate things like gender and sexuality. The world isn't going to change just because of your poor understanding of sexuality, don't be so entitled.

Family & friends of the victim(s) should take care of it. We don't need a federal government to interfere.

Like the "gender fluid" queers? One day they like men, the next they like women. Oh yes, they don't choose. They were born to be indecisive LOL. And if I can change my aversion [i.e. feelings], then so can they.

"Oooh, we're gay so you have to like and accept us." Bullshit.

Say someone is born with leprosy and contagious diseases. You are basically that since it wasn't their choice, then you would be a bigot to refuse to drink from the same glass as they do. Starting to get it yet? [Yes, that question is rhetorical. I know you still don't.]

The premise that the death penalty for murderers is a cherrypicked scenario that holds very little merit within the discussion we're having. Like I said previously, having a no-tolerance policy on sexual harrassment is more akin to having laws against murder.

You guys are saying that it's okay for YOU to discriminate, but not for others to do so. It's not rocket science. It's hypocrisy.
Okay. I'm gonna try this one more time, and I'm gonna break it down in the simplest terms I can find:

Rules are not discriminatory unless they're certifiably unfair.

Also, is this about the hypocrisy of killing someone who killed someone or discrimination? Figure it out first.

No they don't, if they own a legit business with a license sanctioned by the government that represents everyone, they don't get to choose without having a valid reason, which being black, gay, short, ugly or homeless is not.

That wouldn't go well. I've seen family feud.

This goes back to your poor understanding of sexuality and gender.

Nope.

You are literally arguing for discrimination here. Talk about hypocrisy.

False equivalency out the ass. Save your "expertise" for secret government operations that never made it past the drafting room.

I'm legit not sure if he's just arguing a point or if he's actually coming out as a homophobe.
