It is discussed a lot because of the issue of how to punish child murderers and also because this one guy in particular seems to re offend regularly.

It's a well known case over here.

imo they should invent some sort of structure where we could put all these lowlifes and criminals in order to keep them away from society. surely some could be reformed, and those that couldn't would maybe just have to stay there for the rest of their life? i dunno, something like that.
