I can't turn to page 5 either, which is a pity because I'd like to know the playlist details of Hell's Karaoke.

9 Best Shooting Sticks for Rifles [Bipods, Tripods & Monopods One of the models is a 'BOG' so I assumed it involved some type of shooting/hunting accident. But when I checked The Star online, it appears that "telescopic bog" is a term for a type of urinal... Horror as man crushed to death by falling urinal close to London's Trafalgar Square |

Well researched, Psy-Fi ! Thanks.
Your second link is clearly the one we need to understand the "Telescopic Bog" story. (At one time, "I'm going to the bog." was common, acceptable slang in the UK for "I'm going to the bathroom." In a similar fashion, "Where's the bog?" was not a particularly unusual question, especially among men or boys. Girls, I think, preferred the more genteel slang, "the loo", which comes from the French L'eau. Did French people ask, "Where's the water?" Probably so, back when these things were new.)

(You may notice that I've edited my post to explain a bit more a bout "the bog" - commonly used in the 60's. Clearly you've been hanging out with politer people than I did ![]()
