Family of man shot by Paradise police officer speaks out | Action News Now

One of the clearest cases of excessive force I have ever seen. Guy wrecks, and while trying to crawl out of the wreckage the cop just waltzes up and kills him. I think the problem with police may be the hiring process. They'll give any moron a gun.
