Psych, Agalloch are not broken up, just a one-man project now.

Woo! Looks like it might not be the end of the band, just a transitional period from being a four-piece into more of a one-man thing. I'm fine with it, and as you said John Haughm is more than capable of continuing on making worthwhile stuff. Doing it under the Agalloch name will just give it that much bigger of a plateau, so I'm excited to see what's next for him.

This used to be very prevalent in the 50's, and the justice system was never reluctant enough to call it what it actually was which was a blatant excuse to acquit actual murder charges. I guess it still runs amok today.
