Face it, you and OH are simply in bed together when it comes to ME. I'm a big boy and can take it. Just really surprised the rest of the mods here put up with the hypocrisy in regards to family members.

It was just last fall that I posted about dropping everything and flying back east because everyone there thought my dad was dying. So pardon me if I'm a bit personally pissed with OH's reference towards him.

OH said all soldiers are war criminals.

You said your dad was a veteran.

Ipso facto OH thinks your dad is a war criminal. He just made it explicit. Don't use your family like a bomb in a debate and expect others to dive for cover.

Dude, raise a family, start a charity, whatever the ****. That's not what's being decried. I can't support their stance on serving in the war. I know a few veterans (young and old) who are harder on this stance than I am.

My third grade teacher taught me it was unnecessary to qualify every opinion with I think.
