Yeah, I figured they were but it still seems a bit odd to me that the majority of them are from Colombia in particular. Just gives the whole thing a drug cartel hit type of vibe to me. I was expecting it would turn out to be mostly, if not all, Haitians involved in the assassination. Seems like the President of Haiti wouldn't have had any shortage of enemies within the country that would've been willing to take the job.
