Yesterday I came upon one of the greatest conspiracy theories that I've ever heard. I was hanging with my stoner friends, so naturally one of them starts purporting the chemtrail theory. I told him that he was using shady logic on one of his points (I forget what it was) and he informed me that the standards for logic were developed by the US government in 1930 during the depression so that governmental coverups would be better accepted.

I've got a friend who's always banging on about chemtrails being used to control our minds. Clearly it's not true because she's still an unhinged nutter and i'm still quite sane.

Another one doing the rounds right now is the February 22 Christchurch earthquake was man made by the NZ government to plunge the country further into debt
