i'm thinking that all these rock stars conveniently dying at age 27 is part of some bigger conspiracy

'The 27 club'. It's amusing that the list includes about 5 musicians who we've actually heard of, but, the theory is out there that Kurt wanted to join that club

Kurt was a bit depressed, it was apparent that he wasn't exactly a happy dude, even when on stage. He always looked so melancholy and depressed, i have to think it was depression and heroin that caused him to do himself in.
