I was joking - but in saying that I do find it rather funny that all these people waited until after the election to decide to "leave." Is living in an America under Hillary really that much better? Even if many of them do decide to head north, I would assume it would be a short term plan and they would be back in the US within a few years.

I honestly thought that only old white men wore New Balance. That's just some smart marketing on their side if that is the case.

It's not so much that Canadians are nicer, I just find people to be friendlier here. You notice a big difference in gestures, people holding the door for you, saying please and thank you, etc.

People in Southern US are supposedly like that too. There is a reason for the term Southern Hospitality.
