The New York Times has reported that while Russian money was flowing to the Clinton’s Hillary Clinton approved the sale of 23% of American Uranium to our number one geo-political nemesis Russia.

“As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation,” The Times reports.
Quote:
While Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State Bill Clinton was giving speeches for hundreds of thousands of dollars to foreign entities that had business dealings with the United States government. The Clinton Foundation was also receiving millions of dollars from foreign entities while the State Department Hillary was in charge of was making decisions regarding these entities.

From the Washington Post:

Foreign governments and individuals are prohibited from giving money to U.S. political candidates, to prevent outside influence over national leaders. But the foundation has given donors a way to potentially gain favor with the Clintons outside the traditional political limits.

Even though this is bordering on conspiracy theory. It it still pretty shady.
Quote:
Suspicion surrounds the suicide of Vince Foster. Foster was a close friend of the Clinton’s and a White House aid of Hillary’s who had connections to Travelgate, and the Whitewater scandals.

The Washington Post reported:

Investigators were not allowed to enter Foster’s office after his death, but “White House aides enter[ed] Foster’s office shortly after his death, giving rise to speculation that files were removed from his office.”

She has a case of the Brian Williams.
Quote:
In a 2008, foreign-policy speech on Iraq, then-Sen. Hillary Clinton recalled a trip she made to Bosnia, in 1996.

“I remember landing under sniper fire,” Hillary said of her visit while she was first lady. “There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”

Unfortunately for Hillary Clinton there was news footage of her visit revealed her “sniper fire” claim wasn’t just hyperbole. It was entirely made up and Hillary had repeated the claim several times, including during her time on the presidential campaign trail in 2007.
This isn't corrupt at all.
Quote:
Hillary’s first time at the stock market was remarkably successful. She traded in cattle futures where she ordered 10 futures contracts which normally cost $12,000 dollars with only $1,000 dollars in her account. This turned into $6,300 dollars by the next day and 10 months later totaled $100,000, with trading help from James B. Blair who was outside counsel to Tyson Foods Inc. Some would consider this insider trading, but the Clinton’s were never charged.

From the Washington Post:

The computerized records of her trades, which the White House obtained from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, show for the first time how she was able to turn her initial investment into $6,300 overnight. In about 10 months of trading, she made nearly $100,000, relying heavily on advice from her friend James B. Blair, an experienced futures trader.

So yeah at the end of the day, she's just an evil ****ing person. Smearing a child rape victim and then laughing about defending a child rapist.
Quote:
In 1975 a sexual abuse case became Clinton’s first criminal defense case as a 27-year-old lawyer. While Hillary reportedly tried to not take the case Hillary published profiles of the case reveal that Clinton’s strategy at the time was to attack the 12-year-old. She submitted an affidavit that said she was told the girl was “emotionally unstable” and was viewed as having a “tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing.” The rape victim now 52, said she wants to speak out after hearing Clinton talked about her case on newly discovered audio recordings from the 1980s, unearthed by the Washington Free Beacon and made public a couple years ago.

“It was a fascinating case, it was a very interesting case,” Clinton said on the tape. “This guy was accused of raping a 12-year-old. Course he claimed that he didn’t, and all this stuff… I had him take a polygraph, which he passed – which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs.” She laughed at the statement.

Here's the facts about your first claim about Russia and Uranium. Not quite as cut and dry as your quote makes it out to be. Classic Clinton over-bashing.

No ‘Veto Power’ for Clinton on Uranium Deal

Quote:
But Schweizer and the Times presented no evidence that the donations influenced Clinton’s official actions.
The fact is, Clinton was one of nine voting members on the foreign investments committee, which also includes the secretaries of the Treasury, Defense, Homeland Security, Commerce and Energy, the attorney general, and representatives from two White House offices — the United States Trade Representative and the Office of Science and Technology Policy. (Separately, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission needed to approve (and did approve) the transfer of two uranium recovery licenses as part of the sale.)

^after I saw the debate, I'm on Chula's side with this one.

Not only did she destroy Trump during the debate, she showed that she can apologize for her faults and maintain her cool when under fire. Anyone that thinks otherwise didn't watch the right debate.

Whitewater was not a scandal. Nothing was proven. Ditto for Foster. Apart from Chulas point about the uranium, which failed to mention the money came from a Canadian involved in the company prior to its sale to Russia and was simply wired through the company after the sale as a matter of convenience for him....

It's like, I dunno, why won't dj chameleon prove he wasn't diddling kids tonight
? I'm not saying he did diddle a a whole school bus full of kids in the past year and last night, but why won't he release proof that he's not a kiddie diddler?

Oh yeah, don't give me any neoliberal nonsense about "burden of proof" or "practical knowledge".

It also surely ignores that truth value is a judgment about the relationship of a proposition to states of affairs, and such judgments are necessarily perspectival and interpretational.
